I appreciate your money very much. On the day of delivery, you will receive a text message in the morning that will provide you a two-hour window of time within which the delivery will take place.

If you call, text, or email us by 10 p.m. the day before your dinner reservation, you can cancel your tiffin. After these times, cancellations won’t be accepted and will incur fees.

We will give you a two-hour window during which the delivery can take place, but we are unable to deliver at precise times. This is a result of the constantly shifting traffic conditions. On the first day of delivery, we will add you to the delivery tracking group, where you can also follow the driver in real time.

Yes, we are able to prepare and serve Jain cuisine. Since every Jain customer has unique needs, do get in touch with us to let us know what you need. Please be aware that because we have to prepare your dish separately, the charges will be more than usual. When placing your order, you must specify what you do not consume in the “please enter dietary requirements” section of the form. If we believe it would be difficult to fit your request into our regular production, we have the right to reject the order.

For your plan, you would have to pay in advance.

You certainly can. If you would want to have some days off from vegetables and some days off from them, please at least choose the 7-tiffin mix plan.
